A machine designed for dynamic professionals, Acer Aspire S7 is an attractive Windows 8 ultrabook with Ivy Bridge chipset and powerful technical specs. The portable ultrabook offers a full HD 11.6-inch screen with 1920 × 1080 IPS touchscreen display with wide viewing angle and a 10-finger capacitive multi-touch capability. A hotkey allows the laptop to be tilted flat at 180° for table top view. Though the laptop lacks VGA or Ethernet ports, it has adapters that provide additional connectivity options. The Acer Aspire S7 offers up to six hours of uninterrupted battery backup and is fully compatible with the latest Windows 8 apps and programs. With Acer Always Connect, the ultrabook offers Internet connectivity in less than 3 seconds, automatically scans and registers the frequently visited access points, and enables cloud computing. The high-end Acer Aspire S7 ultrabook is available in stores since October 26 for a base price of $1,200.
